Delivery and freight charges
Delivery charges are based on the final weight of the parcel.
A reliable and cost effective service is provided by Australia Post - all deliveries are sent via airmail. A small handling charge to cover packaging is included.
Please note that risk in the goods is passed to the buyer on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the goods after delivery.
Note: A charge has been introduced in the United States of America (USA) for articles over 500g, so Australia Post has added an additional $9 security surcharge. This additional process may cause transit delays of up to 48 hours.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For local orders (within Australia), orders normally take 3 working days for delivery.
For overseas orders, please allow up to 10 days from when you place your order for delivery. Most delivery times are under 10 days.

The following conditions apply:
- vouchers can be used to purchase any item or workshop from the Wool Baa.

Your credit card information is NOT stored on our server.
Do you supply colour cards?
The only colour cards that we supply are from the Adorn ranges of Silky Merino DK, Silky Merino 4 Ply, Silky Cashmerino 4 Ply and Cotton Cashmere. These can be purchased through the yarn section of the website.
Our yarn range changes on a regular basis, but we have made every endeavour to ensure the scans accurately reflect the colours available.

What is my CVV number?
The Card Verification Value (CVV*) is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card.
CVV for Visa and MasterCard is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.
As the CVV is not embossed (like the card number) the CVV is not printed on any receipts, hence it is not likely to be known by anyone other than the card owner.
CVV is an anti-fraud measure introduced by credit card companies worldwide. You are required to enter the CVV each time a payment is made and you are not present to sign a receipt, as for on-line transactions. We ask you to fill out the CVV to verify that you actually hold the card you are using for this transaction, and to avoid anyone other than you from shopping with your card number. All information you submit is transferred over secure SSL connections.
* The name of this code differs per card company. You may also know it as the Card Verification Code (CVC), the Card Security Code or the Personal Security Code. All names cover the same type of information.
