Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of its arrival.

If the yarn is damaged or incorrect, we would like to replace it. Yarn must be returned in new, saleable condition. Please contact us beforehand as we do not accept returns without first discussing your concerns with us. We are unable to accept returns on patterns or needles.

In-store: We can only refund yarn that is in unused balls in new condition, within 8 weeks of purchase and with our receipt - excluding sale yarns. After 8 weeks yarn may only be returned at our discretion, for credit on same-day purchase. Patterns and knitting/crochet accessories cannot be refunded, except by consumers' statutory rights.
