Easy Sweater with Separate Cowl

Easy Knitting
Suitable for the beginner knitter, this raglan sleeve sweater is knitted with 2 x 8 ply yarns together.  Knitted in reverse stocking stitch, it has a separate cowl collar that can be worn with this sweater or with any other garment.  The sleeves are decorated with pull up buttoned tabs in the same colour as the collar.

Sleeves are designed to be 3/4 length, but can be made to any required length, as can the body of the garment. Allow additional yarn if you are making the sleeves or body longer.

To Fit Bust: 86 (91, 96, 101, 106, 111)cm
Finished Circumference at Bust: 86 (92, 98, 103, 110, 116)cm
Garment Length to Armhole: 33 (34, 36, 37, 37, 38)cm
Finished Length to Neckline: 50 (52, 55, 57, 58, 60)cm
Sleeve Length to Armhole: 30 (31, 32, 33, 34, 35)cm

Materials
For Sweater: 
Adorn Silky Merino 8 Ply – Colour A: 5 (6, 6, 7, 8, 9) balls
Adorn Silky Merino 8 Ply – Colour B: 5 (6, 6, 7, 8, 9) balls
2 buttons approximately 1.5cm – 2cm in diameter
8mm and 7mm circular needles,
4 stitch holders,
sewing up needle

Optional - Yarn for Separate Cowl Neck Collar:
Adorn Silky Merino 8 Ply – Colour A: 4 balls  

Tension
Adorn Silky Merino DK – using 2 yarns together and 8mm needles in stocking stitch – 13 stitches and 19 rows to 10cm.
