This oversized jumper is ideal for keeping your young person warm this winter: the Half-Fisherman’s Rib creates a thick squishy and stretchy fabric, and the oversized style is right on trend. Knit bottom up in individual pieces, Dell has subtle short-row shaping and a 3-needle cast off at the shoulders to create a straightforward sewing up experience, and the opening on the left shoulder makes getting it on and off bubs so much simpler. Dell has a younger sibling pattern, Charlie, who is available in sizes prem-12m.

Yarn – 6 (8, 9, 11, 12, 14) balls Adorn Silky Merino DK or Bellissimo 8ply, or
8 (9, 11, 13, 15, 17) balls Cleckheaton Country or Country Naturals 8ply, or
4 (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) balls Lang Donegal Tweed, or
2 (3, 3, 4, 4, 5) balls Patons Sierra

Needles – 4mm needles and 4mm 40cm circular needle for neckband
Extras – 4 stitchmarker pins, 2 stitch-holders/waste yarn, tapestry needle for sewing in ends

Tension – 22sts and 40 rows to 10cm in Half Fisherman’s Rib pattern.
